Our Connecticut Sate Attorneys are working on their Legal Analysis.
I believe, in my non-legal opinion, that the CompMag will be compliant for Connecticut, but I cannot officially endorse it until our Firearms Attorneys have given me an official Legal Analysis of our products with regard to CT law. They are currently working on it. Once it is done, it will be shared here as a reference as to how we understand the law.
UPDATE: Our attorney Greg Miller has stated that our mags are currently compliant in CT. You may add epoxy under the release hole cover to get a more premanent attachment. I would recommend this at this point. He has been recommending them to firearms dealers in CT. There is currently ongoing litigation and things may change. Once this has settled, He will write us a legal analysis and it will be posted here. As of now we are on the state police list of approved products.
