Warranty, Returns, Shipping

You may return your new or slightly used CompMag within 60 days to us for a full refund. Let's say you install it and you don't like how it works, just send it back to us. As long as you bought it through our website we will take it back and issue a refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost to us when returning your magazine. It will not be refunded to you. If you bought your CompMag through another retailer and want to return it for a refund, you must return it to retailer from which you purchased it.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we do offer a lifetime guarantee on our magazines. Warranty exchanges are handled through us. If something breaks, we will replace it. For smaller parts, we can usually just ship out replacement parts. For complete magazine replacements, you must ship us back your magazine. You are responsible for the shipping cost to us when exchanging your magazine. We will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending you out the replacement.

We do not warranty any other items sold on our website. Most other items do have a warranty through their manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty information.

To return an item purchased from our website, click on ACCOUNT to log in to your account. Under orders, click on your ORDER NUMBER. Once the order page has opened, click REQUEST RETURN to the right of your order number. Follow the instructions and use the address that will be supplied through email once once your return is approved. You may also use the Contact Us page to get a hold of us for return information. You are responsible for return shipping costs on all items.


                                         Shipping/Order Processing

Our Shipping days are Monday through Friday.

We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on our products, and our products will not be shipped to international destinations outside the U.S. without approval from CompMag,

Shipping Methods

We ship through either USPS mail or UPS, your choice. For USPS, Priority Mail is available. For UPS you may choose between UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.

We highly suggest using UPS as they seem to be more reliable and on time. We cannot and do not guarantee any shipping times offered by USPS and UPS. Once it leaves our facility, we no longer have control of delivery timelines.

Processing of your order.

Processing of your order will take between 1-3 business days once the order is received, regardless of the shipping method you choose. This means that even if you choose Next Day Air, there may be a 1-3 day delay before it ships from our facility.  If you need your magazine by a specific date, contact us and we can try our best to expedite processing and get your order shipped out sooner, but we cannot guarantee shipping times once it leaves our facility.

There may be times when processing your order will be delayed. For example, when we are at SHOT SHOW or when we are updating our computer systems. We will put a notice on our homepage if this is the case and include an estimated ship date.
